Honor started her real estate career in 2001 and in 2008 was awarded REIWA’s Property Manager of the Year award.

Honor has a strong background in team leadership, implementing procedures and policies, training team members and managing client needs. Her fresh and innovative approach, coupled with her dedication to great service, integrity and knowledge of the industry, has helped Honor implement cutting edge systems and continuously offer superior services.

Prior to establishing CVue Property Managers in Perth, Honor and her husband Alistair, with children Marlon and Obi, were living in Darwin where they founded CVue.

Over 3 stellar years, the CVue team grew its portfolio to 125. As both their hearts lie on the native shores of WA, they sold the business in 2016 and returned home to kickstart the new journey of CVue Perth.

Before CVue Honor was the Licensee and Director of Asset Management for Caporn Young’s property management division in Perth. While with Caporn Young, she built the property management portfolio to over 600 properties. During that period she also won the local contract to manage the 234 property portfolio for the University of Western Australia.

Honor is a true professional who demands the same from the people with whom she works, and guarantees that when you entrust your property to her, the experience will be everything you expect and so much more.

Alistair has been passionate about real estate from a young age and bought his first investment property at 20. He understands the ebbs and flows of the market as well as the makings of a good tenant.

Before establishing CVue, Alistair worked in the oil and gas industry for over 5 years. He thrives in high-pressure environments and believes that sometimes the best result can only be reached with dedication and long hours.

Since Alistair and Honor founded CVue in Darwin in 2012, Alistair has focused on finding the best and most reliable tenants for their landlords. This involves constant communication during the leasing process, negotiating the best price and lease terms, drawing up lease documents and overseeing property handovers to new tenants.

“I truly believe that finding a quality tenant for the properties we list is the key to excellent property management. A good tenant will maintain the property as if it is their own and that just makes life easier for everyone. I always ask myself, would I put this tenant in my house?”

Shell's exceptional people skills, lively approach, a serious drive to deliver the best customer service and a big enthusiasm for property, makes her the perfect person to ensure your property is in the right hands.

Having spent the first part of her career leasing properties in Perth, Shell found herself out of the office, conducting home opens, negotiating with new tenants, processing applications and liaising with landlords.

Since joining CVue she has taken on the role as Property Manager. “I’m thrilled to be a part of the great team at CVue and can’t wait to grow with the business and become Perth’s number 1 Property Management Company!”

Shell loves travelling, snowboarding through the Alps in Japan and finding new challenges.
